Maybelline just recently came out with the new “Color Sensational Ultimate Slim Lipsticks” which I don’t think have gotten enough rap compare to the Lifter Glosses that came out when the “milky” lip glosses trend hit. These new “Ultimate” lipsticks are amazing and I predict they will become even more of a hit than the “Lifter” glosses.

First all, the packaging is sleek and streamlined and custom fit for comfortability and easy transport. The colors of it are catered to mostly beautiful nudes and original type beautiful shades. It has a snap top that closes easily and also has a “snap roll lockdown” to keep the lipstick rolled down and keeps them from rolling back up into the lid and getting smashed up into it which makes for less cleanup to worry about for whatever makeup bag its, including your purse. The streamlining of the product look and lipstick also helps application accuracy. The formula is smooth and not too “dry mouth matte” but has that matte look. Even the higher pigmented lipsticks are smooth and non gritty or drying which typically higher pigment can do but these aren’t. There are nude toned shades but also a couple of high brighter color shades to satisfy the color punch or neon color addicts or for spring shades you can tap into your lips for a smooth matte subdued shade. The shades of the collection are “More Ruby”, “More Berry”, “More Scarlet”, “More Magenta”, “More Blush”, “More Mauve”, “More Buff”, “More Taupe”, “More Rust”, and “More Truffle”. My fave shades I purchased are “More Ruby” (a gorgeous deep-red), “More Buff” (a pink-nude=, and “More Mauve” (s beautiful nude-mauve). They are priced to fit the pocket book and budget friendly priced at only $8.99 (the price can vary depending on where you get them).

Overall, I think these new “Ultimate” lipsticks are amazing for the price and even better than some “higher end” brands and will be an even greater hit than the “Lifter” gloss hit launch and ahead put them better than some of the other matte lip products from both other high end or low end brands!
