Embryolisse is a skin care brand I have always been aware of but more recently have come to know firsthand after purchasing it for my professional makeup artist kit.  I had heard it was a makeup artist “must have” for skin prep and had to try it for myself.  I am pleased to say that I was glad I did.  The one most commonly used by makeup artists is the “Lait-Creme Concentre which is for all skin types and can be used as a moisturizer for the face or as a primer.  It is very hydrating and leaves a “satin” finish.  There is also the Hydra-Mat Emulsion which is for oily or combination that hydrates without greasiness and leaves a matte finish, the Crème Riche Hydratante that is for very dry and hydrated skin that has a soothing effect relieving dry lines and leaves a satin finish, and finally, my favorite, the Crème Hydratante a L’Orange that is for all skin types with vitamin C and a pleasant orange clean smell with a matte finish.

All of these products do what they claim they will do and have a level of performance that is a pleasant surprise with all the products out there that do not do what they claim.  They hydrate the skin well without leaving a greasy or dry feeling.  I have dry skin and the dry skin products still felt hydrating the following morning when I got up.  They can be pricy but in my opinion the quality of the product is superior and investing in good skin care is worth it!  I am so excited to use a product this good for my makeup artist kit that I can use on my clients with confidence.
